Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure smooth operations and to respect the time of all our clients, we have the following cancellation policy:
•Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee to cover our allocated time and resources.•No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or are not at the predetermined location of your scheduled appoinment and fail to notify us in advance, a 100% service fee will be charged.•Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours before the appointment. We will do our absolute best to accomodate your new preferred time.•Weather Conditions: In cases of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for your safety and ours, as well as the quality of service. You will not be charged any cancellation fee in these instances.
