1. Late Arrival Policy:
We value your time, and we aim to provide services in a timely manner. To ensure we maintain our schedule for all clients:
•15-Minute Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, we may need to modify or shorten the service to fit the remaining time available.
•Rescheduling: If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and a 50% service fee will apply.
Please let us know if you expect to arrive late so we can accomodate as best as possible.
2. Deposit Policy:
To secure your appointment, we require a deposit for certain services:
•Deposit amount: A deposit of 20% of the total service price is required at the time of booking.
•Cancellation and Refund: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
•Rescheduling: If you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment.
This helps us reserve time for you and manage our schedule efficiently.
